The damage deposit is fully refundable 14 days after the day of departure, less any unsettled charges i.e. breakages, extra cleaning charges, surcharges for unreturned facilities cards etc which may be incurred.

Bottom sheet will be provided along with a towel. Please bring your own blankets for the travel cot. Additional travel cots are available for hire at a charge of £25.00 please contact reception directly.
Additional Highchair is available on request @ a charge of £25.00. Please contact reception direct to book an additional Highchair.
The baby gate will be installed at the top of the stairs (in the lounge area), unless otherwise specified.
